PeperMint Marshmallow ♥

Marshmallow, a fluffy light snacks are frequently encountered in the row of imported products in supermarkets. Not only is your child who lured a funny shape and a soft color, you'd be interested. Why do not you make yourself at home? The trick is easy. 
 Material: 
 21 g gelatin 
125 ml water 
125 g sugar 125 ml light corn syrup 80 ml water 3 white eggs retrieved 1 teaspoon peppermint extract 60 g peppermint chips (garnish) Pinch of salt 
 How to Make: 1. Cover pan with plastic. Dissolve gelatin with 125 ml of water. Set aside. 2. Heat the sugar, corn syrup and 80 ml of water in a saucepan, with moderate heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Increase heat slightly and cook until the mixture reaches about 115 oC with temperatures of sugar. 3. When the sugar melted, in a separate place egg whites and salt enter then beat with an electric mixer. Beat the egg whites until fluffy. Sugar which has reached temperature, is inserted slowly into the egg whites while continuing to be whipped with a low speed. 4. Pour the gelatin solution into the pan used to melt the sugar to gelatin can be easily poured. Pour peppermint extract solution of gelatin and egg whites into the batter. Raise the mixer speed, beat marshmallow 50-10 minutes until the dough expands roughly three times the volume of early and subtle. 5. Pour in the prepared pan, spread them evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with peppermint chips. Allow the marshmallows to harden for at least 4 hours or overnight. You can vary the flavor and color, add flavor and color to stay on the dough when you are beaten and marshmallows too colorful. (WO / miw)
